E-learning Financial statements analysis

Target group

The e-learning Financial Statement Analysis is intended for business advisors, bankers (relationship managers and financing specialists), entrepreneurs, accountants, intermediaries, financial advisors, employees of financial departments, and anyone interested in gaining insight into the analysis of financial statements.

Learning objectives:

• Gain an understanding of the legislation and regulations associated with financial statements.
• Differentiate between fiscal and business economic annual figures.
• Determine the level at which you should analyze annual figures.
• Consolidation: In addition to theoretical knowledge about consolidation, you will work with a practical example of a holding company and a subsidiary. Subsequently, this balance sheet and income statement will be the focus of the following sections.
• Analysis of the balance sheet and income statement: Various balance sheet items will be highlighted, providing insight into solvency ratio's and EBITDA, among other things.
• The use of key figures and ratios in the analysis of the financial statement/business.
